This property was 12 years old and never lived in or finished properly. I removed and added walls, build the area underneath to include a Cinema and Gym, built new bathrooms and generally redesigned the whole property from top to bottom. I personally with my wife completed more than 90% of all the work on this property wit exception of some of the large areas of tiling outside. I renovated every sqm of the property changing many aspects of the layout as well as the finish

The lower garden level floor was never completed and we extended areas under cover to include a bar, Gym, Cinema, Bathroom, a garden Apartment with bedroom and an out door covered kitchen

The living area was split into a bedroom space and small office space, I opened the whole area, adding the kitchen into this area and freeing up the existing kitchen area to create a second master suite and bathroom
